Branzino is a Seattle neighborhood restaurant with Italian influences, Pasta, pizza, cheeses, breads, cured meats, and all desserts are made by hand in-house each day.

An affordable global wine list with an emphasis on Italy and the Northwest, an attractive and attentive staff, a warm well lit space are features of Branzino’s personal experience.

Born and raised in the North West Chef Leroy offers a simple representation of local Italian cuisine. Uncomplicated dishes focused around fresh and local ingredients are the driving force behind the menu at Branzino. By using Local Vendors such as Corfini gourmet meats and Pike Place Market’s Franks Produce he is able to bring fresh wild caught fish from local tribal fisheries as well as Washington grown produce. Although Branzino is Chef Leroy’s first head Chef position he has spent his entire working career in the kitchen. From the states capital Olympia, Washington where he spent 3 Years a Sous Chef under executive Chef Taylor Vroman at Mercato to the shores of Maui, Hawaii working in open air kitchens exploring the tropical flavors of the pacific. Leroy is proud to experience for the first time in his career the responsibilities as Head Chef.
